What We Do:


Strictly Speaking, a division of Wheless-Wyatt Communications, provides presentations skills training, public speaking training, communication skills training, speech coaching, and leadership executive coaching while emphasizing to our clients the importance of knowing how they are coming across - even when they are not speaking! Our clients, through our public speaking training, learn to speak clearly, persuasively, to be organized in their thoughts and communications with other people, to handle questions well, and to create commitment. They learn through our communication skills training workshops that they are presenting in every interaction with another person, and that how they come across will determine how what they say will be received.



For Whom:


The majority of our clients are mid-level managers and senior level executives who understand that how they communicate directly impacts (positively or negatively) their careers and their value to their companies, their ability to win customers, lead their teams, and have their ideas heard.



How:


Presentations skills training is delivered in one-on-one personal sessions, or in small group workshops within companies. We do not conduct public workshops for 2 reasons:

  1. Public workshops allow an entry-level employee and a seasoned executive to be in the same session, and their needs are not the same.

  2. The trust and camaraderie created in the workshop often lead to frank and candid discussions among the participants, valuable discussions that would not take place if others from outside the organization were present.
